The International Conference on Electrical Engineering and Computer Science (ICEECS-2018) will be held in Discovery Kartika Plaza Hotel, South Kuta, Bali, Indonesia on 13 November, 2018.

This conference is jointly organized by the School of Electrical Engineering and Informatics, Institut Teknologi Bandung, Indonesia and the College of Electrical Engineering and Computer Science, National Taiwan University, Taiwan. The purpose of this conference is to provide a forum for researchers, scientists and engineers all over the world to exchange ideas and discuss recent progress in the fields of electrical engineering and computer science. The organizing committee cordially invites you to participate in the conference.

Prof. Tsungnan LinProf. Tsungnan Lin
Prof. Tsungnan Lin received B.S. degree in electrical engineering from National Taiwan University, Taiwan, R.O.C. in 1989, and M.A. and Ph.D. degrees from Princeton University in 1993 and 1996, respectively, both in electrical engineering department. He was a Teaching Assistant with the Department of Electrical Engineering from 1991 to 1992. He was with NEC Research Institute as a Research Assistant from 1992 to 1996. He has been with EPSON R&D Inc and Intovoice. He was Engineering Consultant at EMC before he joined NTUEE. Since Feb. 2002, he has been an Assistant Professor in the Department of Electrical Engineering, National Taiwan University, Taipei, Taiwan.
Tsung-Nan Lin is a member of PHI TAU PHI scholastic honor society and a member of IEEE. He received outstanding paper award from IEEE Neural Networks Society in 1998 and young author best award from IEEE Signal Processing Society in 1999.

Prof. Chi-Sheng Shih
Prof. Chi-Sheng Shih joined the Department of Computer Science and Information Engineering at National Taiwan in February 2004. At the same time, he also joined the Real-Time and Embedded Systems Lab, which was renamed to the News Lab (Wireless Networking and Embedded System Lab.). Starting in August 2017, he have a jointed position at National Taiwan University Hospital and serve as the Sector Chief of System and Networking Group in the Office of Information Technology.
His research interests include real-time process scheduling, requirement assignment and determination, resource allocation, cyber-physical systems, streaming computation, and system integration.

Asst. Prof. Dr-Ing. Azhar Zam
Azhar Zam received his PhD in Advanced Optical Technologies from University of Erlangen-Nuremberg, Germany. After research positions at University of Waterloo, National University of Ireland Galway, and University of California Davis, he joined the Department of Biomedical Engineering at University of Basel as Assistant Professor in July 2016. His main interests are laser surgery, optical coherence tomography (OCT), laser-tissue interaction, feedback system and monitoring for laser surgery and therapy, tissue optics and photoacoustic spectroscopy/imaging.

Ir. Budi Rahardjo, M.Sc., Ph.D.
Ir. Budi Rahardjo, M.Sc., Ph.D. is a teacher, lecturer, enterpreneur, writer and expert in IT security. He received B.S. degree in electrical engineering from Institut Teknologi Bandung and MSc. and Ph.D degrees from University of Manitoba in 1990 and 1997.
His research interests include IT Security: including network and application security; Cryptography: Elliptic Curve Cryptosystem (implementation and attack); High Performance Computing; Impact of Information Technology (IT) in various areas, such as Education, Corporate, and Government; Digital Entertainment; Electronic payment, digital money; Social network analysis, big data.

Achmad Imam Kistijantoro, ST, M.Sc., Ph.D.
Achmad Imam Kistijantoro, ST., MT., Ph.D received B.S. degree in Informatic from Institut Teknologi Bandung in 1996 and his M.Sc degree from TU Delft in 1999. He received Ph.D degree from University of Newcastle.
